Justin Bieber is currently the uncrowned king of social media and all things Twitter. However, the ever-entertaining Charlie Sheen is sneaking up on the little pop prince looking to kick his tweeting ass.
While Justin Bieber patiently awaits his voice to crack like Peter Brady singing "Time To Change" with the rest of the Brady Bunch kids, Charlie Sheen is plotting his takeoever of Hollywood, as rumors abound that he is about to purchase the Playboy Mansion off of Hugh Hefner. Bieber s hatred of Uggs along with Sheen's Tiger Blood (available soon as a liqour store near you), have been hot stories in recently weeks. But who is winning this bloodless battle of A-list celebrities?
At this time, Bieber's handlers have done an incredible job of monetizing his social media presence. While millions of tweens hanging on Bieber's every pimple and Tweet, Prince Justin and other celebrities are rolling in the cash, to upwards of $10,000 per tweet!
Charlie Sheen is closing fast however, his somewhat cryptic tweet, "I'm looking to hire a winning INTERN with TigerBlood", was paid for by the self-proclaimed world's largest internship website, Internships.com.
Whether Charlie Sheen's calculated PR campaign will reap him millions of dollars more than Two and a Half Men is yet to be seen, especially if Warner Brothers rumored pursuit of Rob Lowe or John Stamos to replace him on the hit TV show is true.
It is certainly hard to believe any parties involved in the production and syndication process of Two and a Half Men would leave so much money of the table due to this war of words.
If the Eagles, Van Halen, Aerosmith and Motley Crue all could supposedly "kiss and make up" in the name of the "fans" (re: the almighty dollar), then I wouldn't be surprise if the same occurs between Warner Brothers and Sheen.
As far as Bieber vs. Sheen goes, this fight is still in the early rounds.
